If your question is not on this page,  please e-mail us and we will answer you as soon as possible. If your question applies to other customers, we will include your question (anonymously) on this page as well.

During the order process, and before the payment, you will see an overview of your order and the total costs including shipping costs. Each order will be send after payment has been successfully. You can pay in different ways:

– PayPal
– Bank transfer

Payments with IDEAL will be proceeded by Mollie, an international payment platform. They pledge and guarantee that your transaction shall be executed safely. Payment with PayPal will be provided by a platform that also pledges and guarantees your payment to be executed safely.

Transfer by using bank transfers
If you prefer to pay using a bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation from us with an overview of your order and our bank information. Please state your order number clearly in the bank transfer. The payment has to be completed within seven days from the order date, after payment the order will be sent to you. In case your payment will not be received by us within the above mentioned time frame, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Payment from a foreign country
For payment processed abroad, the process is simple and the same as in The Netherlands. You can use our international bank information.

Trial period
Products of SHARK & ANCHOR may be tried for up to 14 business workdays after receipt without obligation. After this trial period the sale is closed.

Should you need to exchange for another size or different model, then this is possible, provided that the exchange/return conditions are met, (see conditions below). We kindly request you to submit any required exchange transactions via e-mail ( In addition we kindly request to fill out the enclosed return slip on which you should clearly specify, whether another model or different size is required. When the exchanged article you request is different in price, we will settle the difference.

Returning your order
It may occur that your order does not meet your satisfaction. Once your order has been returned in good condition and all return conditions are met, we will refund the purchase amount to you in due course.

Procedure exchange/return:
Sign in your return/exchange via e-mail (

  1. Pack your order in the original shipping box.
  2. Put the fully completed return form in the original product box.
  3. Seal the shipping box well.
  4. Remove the original address label on the shipping box.
  5. Paste the return address visible on the shipping box.
  6. Send the package off via a transport carrier of your choice (e.g. Post Office, EN/UPS/GLS etc)
  7. Keep the shipping document receipt for your records.

Return conditions
We cannot take back or exchange if:

  • the period of 14 working days has expired.
  • articles have shown to have been worn and/or used.
  • the product shows signs of wear and tear.
  • articles in your possession are damaged.
  • the original packaging is missing.
  • the return form is missing.

You can always get your money back at SHARK & ANCHOR; this is the trust policy of our webshop. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the articles within 14 working days after receiving the order. Fill out the return form and return your order in its original packaging to SHARK & ANCHOR. Further details can be found under: How do I return/exchange an item? Although this doesn’t occur often can you please mention the reason for return, so that we can further improve our products and service? As soon as we have received your returned item(s) in good condition we will refund your payment.

You can of course always contact us when you have a complaint about a product that you have purchased through the website. Please send us a clear digital photo, along with an explanation of the complaint to We will get back to you asap with a suitable solution.

SHARK & ANCHOR doesn’t charge any shipping costs world wide for your order.

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When your order is shipped you will receive a second email with a track & trace code that allows you to follow your order.

Unless clearly indicated otherwise, your package, ordered and paid for before 3 pm on working days will be sent the same day with POSTNL. In The Netherlands POSTNL delivers within 1-2 business days. If the ordering screen indicates that the article is not in stock, please contact us by email or phone and we will inform you about the delivery time.

We use your data exclusively to process or fulfill your order and for newsletters/mailings from SHARK & ANCHOR. We don’t provide your personal information to third parties except for POSTNL that needs your delivery data for the settlement of your order.

At SHARK & ANCHOR it is possible to hand in a gift card or discount code via our webshop. The gift card/discount code should be activated in the webshop under ‘Shopping Cart’. You would have to select ‘promotional code’ and then fill out your code in the top screen. This code is in the colored surface and in the lower screen where you can fill out the action code.
